KEENER COUNSELING SERVICES, LLC is an independent counseling practice located in Trussville, Alabama. We provide therapy services for individuals, families, couples, and groups who need a safe space to discuss and resolve the problems that impact their daily lives. We employ a trauma-informed approach to our services, and we believe that the only way to work through the challenges our clients face is by addressing them properly and adjusting our treatment process to accommodate their needs and pace.
Founded in 2018, at KEENER COUNSELING SERVICES, we pride ourselves on offering safe and supportive services using practical strategies that can be replicated in the home with willing and invested clients and/ or families. Those willing to stay the course (because as you know change doesn’t happen overnight) are met with great satisfaction.

My mission is to help others live the life they envisioned before the hurt and to cope with everyday stressors in a healthy way. I've witnessed even the smallest change improve a person's quality of life. I am a passionate clinician excited to offer the tools, support and guidance needed to help you be your best self now. Services are provided in a professional, safe and comfortable environment."
